So has anyone else ran into this issue and was able to rectify it????

   Thanks for the response. All of the above are in order. I have 10mbps download and 6mbps upload. I have an open nat and no more error messages. I am connected to xbox live but when i want to join the official host on Ark of the Covenant it standing say cant retrieve address and
